Devin's a Priest....

What a wonderful, exciting day!!!! Today was our son's priesthood ordination to the office of a Priest. My parents flew in from their mission just for this wonderful event. Matt and Heather drove up on Saturday. It was a wonderful time...it had been so long since we all have been together (about 19 months). Devin was so handsome...as usual. His aunt Heather and uncle Matt teased him about having to get dressed in our Sunday clothes on a General Conference weekend (where usually we get to stay home in our Pj's and watch it on television). He didn't give them a reaction...he's too cool. ;) Anyway, the ordination was really spiritual. We all felt such a wonderful spirit as my dad blessed Devin with this new office in the priesthood. He gave Devin some wonderful counsel that he can really use in the next few years. I know Devin listened intently as he really looks up to his grandfather and listens to his counsel. We were all so very proud of Devin and the life he is living. He's a great young man with wonderful values and a great example.
